Could you clarify (in the post) what you mean with the following, please:
"these scammers who copy-paste same content based on yesterday's data"

Do they plagiarize yesterday's most popular posts, or what?

My mistake, missing semi-colon. They paste same comment on random post usually begging for votes. This is just yesterday's count.

Ok, thanks a lot for prompt reply. I still don't think it is very clear, so let me suggest the following edit:

a list of spammers who post the same comment on every post (usually begging for votes). Based on data from 2017-09-19.

I haven't, but you might want to check @steemreports account classifier to check whether they are actually copy-pasting, or are in fact mostly bots. @steemreports is probably also interested in feedback as to how accurate his classification is.

Well most bots are excluded, these are just spammers.

I understand that voting bots have been excluded, but spammers can be bots as well.
