Happy New Years To The Heros Behind The Scenes
I don't pretend to know all the guys/gals/groups behind the scenes, but I do know a few and I would like to give them a shout-out and thank them for all the help they've given to the community (at least since I have been involved).
@originalworks (new members can get upvotes on their content to help their earnings)
@resteemable (new members can get resteemed to his follower network to get more views and potential upvotes)
@crowdini (awesome game that takes seconds to play, is fun, and helps connect the new players together)
@bumper (awesome site to help the small guys to improve the value of their SBD)
@flagship (partner with @bumper to specifically help newer members)
and finally a big shout out to @gyzimo who I recently learned is one of the brains that support us behind the curtain.
Also I would like to thank the generous "whales" who swim in the ocean and are rarely ever seen. I see them lurking in the shadows and reading our posts and encouraging good behavior simply with their votes. Its nice to know you're out there and motivating without asking for anything in return. That's one of the many beautiful aspects of steemit, and your selflessness is contagious.

What needs to be done for the first two points you stated?
Hi @bidhanghimire, thanks for asking. To have @originalworks see your post, you just need to send a comment to any post and they will verify if its original and then upvote your post. The purpose for their support is to help the newer users get a little more money, while at the same time making sure the content is original and not stolen from the internet. So just post that message after you send a post and they will get to it when they have time (its usually within an hour or so unless they are swamped)
And to use @resteemable you have to follow their instructions on their message. But I will try to describe it to you here. Once you have posted a post and want it resteemed through their network, the just go the the URL of the actual post and replace the https:// with the letters re ... so the beginning of the URL will be resteemit.com/........ If it goes through you will get a page asking you to donate. In the beginning of course, they are there to support the new members so you don't have to contribute. (just hit the back button on your browser)... Obviously when you get bigger you should help them by clicking when you see their link or donating steem or sbd directly to them if you feel they were beneficial.

Thanks for commenting and also for the praise... I really enjoy working together and sharing information and encouraging people to work together. Regarding the bots, I've been doing test now for 2 days with @bumper and so far its going great (just 1 day, but they delivered exactly what they said)... I will be running the tests non-stop until I make sure I can talk intelligently about it, but I think the program will be very good. It will take me about a week to have enough stats to know how to explain it, but in the meantime if you want to check them out you can go to their recent blogs at either @bumper or @flagship. Let me know what other experience you have out there, keeping our classmates informed as to what is going on can be very beneficial to both us steemer and to the programs themselves. Man, Dave, I think you are made for Steem it. Every body needs a friend like you when they are starting out on this website, to see that there are friendly, supportive people, just wanting to see the Newbies succeed. And you sound professional yet approachable. If the Steem it, behind the scenes people are reading this, I recommend you add Dave to your team! :) And I second everything he said. I appreciate the kind words, but its people like you that give me energy. I do have one gift in life and that is the ability to see the real potential in others. I'm so excited because I can see a little ways down the road and see the success people like you are going to have. This platform does rock, but its the people in it that will make it ultimately succeed. And I've seen enough to convince me there's a heck of a lot of potential (to put it conservatively).
