Meadow is an installation of 18 mechanical flowers that opens to visitors, revealing amazing shapes and mixture of lights. The viewer is treated to different diffusing light and shape patterns that mimic the natural growth of flowers.
What the manufacturer says
Most man-made objects have a static form, while everything natural in this world including people, are subject to constant metamorphosis and adaptation to their surroundings. Meadow is the result of the question how an inanimate object can mimic those changes that express character and emotions.
As an upside down landscape the kinetic sculpture reacts to the visitors as if they where the sun to a blooming flower. All flowers together create the experience of a botanical creature that naturally engages the viewer. Underneath Meadow integrated sensors translate the presens of the visitors into different 'moods'. The robotic flowers blossom by mixing the light colour.

Wow! this is so cool, what a unique and different hunt @focusnow ! I love flowers, and who would have thought of Beautiful robotic flowers even 10 years ago!? I could see these being used for wedding receptions etc, as a beautiful upside down meadow that also changes colors! So cool I love it !💁💕✌😍🌺🌼🌸🌺🌸🌼
