My sponsorship posts are starting to feel spammy to me so I'm making an effort to add some value with them.
Let's talk a little
This account is a secondary account of mine. My primary account is @nikema 
. I started this account with the goal of community fundraising. I believe in the concept of basic income and I'm very impressed by #steembasicincome here. I am seeing how the income added by STEEM is changing lives around the world. I see huge potential in using this blockchain as a tool to improve our lives.
So I'd like to know, if STEEM has changed your life and if so, how?
My answer: Yes!
The STEEM community has made me aware that I have value I can add to the community right now and I can be compensated for it. After I joined steemit and starting getting into creating posts, my creativity was awakened. I had been very focused on "success as an entrepreneur" and I'd neglected my coding journey and my art work prior to getting active here.
It didn't take long for me to find my way to Discord and that's when things really changed. I realized that my people are here. All of my peoples (I can use made-up words) are here. The artists, the entreprenuers, the unschoolers, the developers, the mamas.... and so on.
I saw utopian submissions earning hundreds in rewards. I saw the intersection of art and crypto with @creativecrypto. I heard lovely live performances. I listened to the thoughts and opinions of others without the nastiness that seemed to hang over Facebook and Twitter.
I had unknowingly spoken a prayer that was answered by the STEEM community. I had been telling my friends, I want to widen my social circle. That's hard to do in the local community. There's only so many of your people in your city or neighborhood. Especially when you're an eccentric weirdo like me. That's not a put-down, it's just an apt description :)
Unschooling, entrepreneurial, artists who code and manage single-parenting, social anxiety, and depression. I bet I can find a few people who fit that description between steemit and Discord. I bet it would be harder to find someone in my city who fits the description that I don't already know. I've made friends just from steemit and Discord. This is a legit way to socialize and earn money.

Please I opened my account on December when I had phone but it spoilt so I went offline... I currently got admitted into college so I only update my posts when am on break.
I have a little phone but it's not a smart phone for I can't update with it, am currently on break and may be going back in a week time. I really need a phone to work well.
Because of this I have really flooded my account with not really that good posts as I try to do enough updates before am out of phone.
Please I need help!

I like to write something on top of my upfundme posts too. I want to give people a reason to check it out, lately its been progress on the development of my app that I've been writing about, previously it was about the drone I was funding towards and after that it was about other drones. I think its important for people to want to fund properly to provide some substance with their posts to make sure that others will read it. Thats a big thing with @votefund, if you post, it can't be the same exact thing as last time or it won't be accepted. It has to be more and must explain something about why you have an intrest in what you are funding or something related to that.
Thanks Rishi. I’m going to make sure I add something unique to every post. I don’t know that I want to continue a week of posts at a time. I might need to tweak the way I share the earnings. When will we see @votefund?
The iOS app is open source and you can check it out right now, here's the github for it: https://github.com/Rishi556/Votefund-iOS. You will need to create your own firebase project and download the plist from them for that, but other than that, it should be good. I don't know when an actual release will happen. I need some features on SwiftyConnect and I've gotta wait for those to be added, or try and help add those features myself. I would say the launch of 1.0 of SwiftyConnect and launch of Votefund will be very very close together.

Go ahead and make fun of my code :). Its not the prettiest. Definitely have to spend time refactoring out things.
