During the last week no new tokens were issued and sold. The Steem Power of the underlying account progressed from 547.376 to 548.993. Which represents 0.30% in one week or 15.52% per annum. This seems to be the minimal standard progression so far when there are no author rewards income.

To be a Big Token holder, you need to own 2% of the HVOTE Token in circulation. As a big token holder you get all your posts systematically upvoted by @happyvoter as long as you own 2% of the tokens. New Big Token holders are defined each week in the context of the weekly update:

Comparing HVOTE with delegations

With delegations one can earn around 18% income per year. So far the happyvoter account progressed between 15% and 32% per week. If you become a big token holder and you get systematic upvotes to your account and in addition to hat you participe the progession of the @happyvoter account and the increase in value of HVOTE. Like that HVOTE can represent a much higher ROI than delegations.
