New mockup of the SteemPi interface

Since the last status update i was mostly testing new ideas and functions for SteemPi, and have put them into mockups to get a better visual idea of how those functions and ideas can be implemented, and presented in a elegant and useful way on your Tv and mobile devices.

The user interface is very important, it need to be informative, functional and rich of features, and at the same time it also needs the be appealing to use. There are a lot of bad, and some good Tv-box interface examples to learn from...  

Short Introduction to the processes

My love-hate relation (read, little obsession) with tv-boxes have let to a forced experience with multiple TV-box interfaces, most are bad and you really don't want to use them daily. Some functions wont work, and wont get updated, and new apps can not always be installed (in convenient ways).

But those cheaper Tv-boxes have "pushed" me, Box by box to buy one of the first official Android Tv-Boxes , the Xiaomi Mi Box.

It also runs Android but this Tv-box, in opposite to the cheaper Android boxes is running the first Android TV version for consumer products.

And this official tv box is much much better, the interface is clear and features do work, But the available software is limited and there are again sometimes tricks needed to get things installed and running.

For the future interface for SteemPi i made mockups upon and inspired by, mostly the best parts from the Android Tv interface, and technical possibilities of Steempi, and in some cases i even found inspiration from the 3rd party Tv-box solutions as wel. 

New tested features for SteemPi

To make the mockups realistic and achievable i tested and documented over the week multiple new (smart) TV-box functions and how they preform within SteemPi, on the single board computer connected to a 50" Tv.
And i'm happy with the results because most new to implement features are preforming ok / very well, some will need additional work, but most tested function can be implemented without to much trouble, and the test results are promising!
