SteemPlus has over 500 users! + 50 STEEM bounty
I'm very happy to announce that we have crossed the 500 users line today. A total of 516 accounts trust SteemPlus to enhance their Steemit, Busy and Utopian experience!
Next target will be 1000, can't wait! =)
Current features
For those who do not know about SteemPlus, please check the latest release for the full list of features.
Available on Steemit and Busy- Voting slider for minnows (you do not need to vote at 100% anymore!)
- True value of your account on your wallet (calculated with current SBD and STEEM market prices)
- Delegation button in your wallet (with list of delegatees and undelegate button)
- One click switch between Steemit , Busy, Utopian and Steemd
- Feed+ : Filter your feed by tags, resteems (hide, show, blacklist, whitelist), reputation and sort it by upvotes/date/payout
- STEEM/USD and SBD/USD values in the user dropdown
- Option to add beneficiaries to your post (you can say that 10% of your post payout will go to one of your friends for example)
- Cool badges on user profiles show their rank: Plankton, Minnow, Dolphin, Orca and Whales
- Direct transfer to users
What's next?
The next set of features will be released this month and will include Steemit More Info features. Although this project by @armandocat is opensource, I was reluctant to incorporate it to SteemPlus because I felt like it was 'stealing' his work. However, this project is not maintained anymore and some of the features do not work as expected since the last Steemit upgrade, so I want to fix them and make them better. Stay tuned for the related development.
50 STEEM Bounty
I ve already proposed this bounty in the past but it didn't work out, I would like someone to help me advertise SteemPlus. For this, please follow these steps:
- Only one Influencer will be selected to participate
- Use the comments section to tell me why I should chose you to promote SteemPlus (lots of followers? Easy access to whales for post promotions? etc.)
- Explain how you plan to do that (writing blog about it? direct messaging? )
- Give an estimation of how much users you think you can bring in a week.
- You will get 1 STEEM for every 10 users brought to SteemPlus up to 50 STEEM max (500 users). You will get an extra 10 STEEM if you hit your target.
- Also show me in your comment that you know what SteemPlus is about.
- Number of users acquired will be shown by the SteemPlus Chrome Store indicator (average daily growth will be deducted).

I use firefox and want to try steemplus, but I can't register to AMO. It says they have a problem right now.
I also have a script blocker installed. Will it be enough to whitelist everything? I don't want to unistall it.
Hi and sorry for late answer, I was in vacation for a few day. Normally you should be able to install it on Firefox but SteemPlus is natively for Chrome and Opera so a few features won t work.
Concerning the AMO issue, did you get over it? Works fine on my end.

Yes I solved it. I thought I had allowed all scripts, but my scriptblocker blocked one last thing, that prevented me from being able to sign up. Everything is working now.
Done... passionate developers is what we need here. Keep up the good work ;-)

Hey @stoodkev, I am having issues with the beneficiaries, an error keeps coming up when I try to post with it, has been happening for the last two days? Not sure if it is just me. Also do you use 100SP as the reward to then split the payout? Our first payout this in 2 hours. excited to see how it all works.

Congrats on the new release. I've been a happy SteemPlus user for a while now. In originally downloaded it to have the slider before I had enough power, but I keep using it because of the other features.
You might want to know that after enabling the extension, I am redirected to an error page, which shows for only 2 seconds before it refreshes automatically and shows the SteemPlus profile page, with the extension enabled. It's not a big problem, because the extension is enabled perfectly, but still I thought I should mention it, because this might indicate there's a glitch in the system somewhere...
Then, form a marketer's point of view, I'm very curious why you are limiting the bounty program to only 1 user (which is like betting all your money on one horse)?
Why not lower the max and get a couple of people on board to promote the extension?
The only information I have is the comments thread, but it appears to me that SteemPlus is mainly used by minnows (please correct me if I'm wrong). For minnows to promote and refer for example 20 users, that would be quite an accomplishment.
I'm just thinking out loud here, but wouldn't you be better off with 10 minnows doing their best to promote the extension in their own, different ways, than by choosing just one person to do the promotion? I think that you will be able to reach a broader audience by letting multiple people promote the extension.
For someone to bring in 500 users on his own, you'll need to get one of the big guys on board, and IMHO, I don't think they will bother for 50 Steem.
I don't mean anything wrong by saying this - you do as you please, of course - but I've been in online marketing for years, and I just wanted to share my thoughts. You don't even have to consider it, if you don't want to :0)

Hi @simplymike , thank you for using SteemPlus! I do not disagree with what you say, but I want to reward users in a fair manner, if I split the profit between several users, I won t have any other way than sharing the bounty equally although some of them will have been providing way more work than others. I d rather do several rounds of one week with different users.
The broken page you see is steemit.com/@steem-plus , it just appears broken sometimes for a reason I don t get, probably Steemit being too slow, but tks for notifying ;)

Hello @steem-plus can you please clarify according to which indicators Plankton, Minnow, Dolphin, Orca, Whales badges subdivision coming from? I am asking because I saw people level 61 but still having that Plankton badge. I would love to participate in steem-plus growing very much, but all I have done for that is resteemed last post about 1UP and steem-plus. Still already better than nothing, ah?) Yes I don't have much of plan how to engage people into it, but I have strong desire to help it grow, because I am using it myself and it really helped me to organize my feedback without unfollowing people. So, my congratulations with 500+ users of steem-plus extension and thanks again for making our life here easier and better.

It s based on VESTS (which can be translated into SP).
If you re at less than 1 MVest ( around 460 SP), you re a plankton, more than 1MV Minnow, more than 10MV Dolphin, more than 100MV Orcan and more than 1GVest Whale
