Hey SteemDads and SteemMoms, I want to give you a chance to brag about your better half!
Parenting is hard, but satisfying work.
I know that I lot of people are single parents. My thoughts are with you as you work hard to to raise your child(ren).
But I hope that many people are as blessed as I am. I cannot imagine walking this journey without my beautiful, caring wife.
She blesses me everyday. I know she cares about me and respects me. And she blessed me with 5 wonderful kiddos. She is the reason why I am a Steemdad.
I want to hear you stories. I will upvote every positive story shared in the comments below. My vote is not a lot, but I want to support all the steemmoms and steemdads!

@sumatranate, Great post! Here goes... My husband gives me the freedom to run for my goals and dreams and is my biggest encourager. He thinks it's great that I now have another hobby, Steemit, besides him. We laugh every day. We were best friends. Then when I wanted to make his laugh my ringtone, I let him know that I liked him but he wasn't reciprocating. :) When an issue comes up, we work through them together. Or, he just takes care of things so I don't need to worry. I'm thankful every day that God put us together.
@karencarrens, thanks for sharing. I glad you and your husband work so well together. I heard some key concepts: BEST FRIENDS, WORKING TOGETHER, FAITH. Those are some great building blocks for marriage.

Here goes mine... hubby @kennyroy and I have been
together 12 years as a couple, married for 10 years. Like anybody else, it is not a straight road to happiness, but a bumpy roller coaster ride.
We are 2 totally different people, who do not agree on a lot of things but I think that's what is keeping us together. Instead of finding wrong, we try to complement each other. Step up where one falls short.
He is an epitome of patience. Like he has unlimited patience supply. Where he gets it, I do not know. BUT boy, I jusy need thankful for that!
We have been blessed with 3 wonderful kids who are now more than anything else our binding agents. They keep us going no matter what roadblocks we face...

You are so correct. Sometimes the path is bumpy, but it still amazes me how difficult times bring people closer to together. I appreciate hearing the work complement. I am very different from my wife in a lot of way, and that is a good thing.

Thanks for sharing your positive viewpoints on relationships. My wife is also a blessing. She is loyal, smart, God-fearing, frugal, resourceful, and the mother of my children, jist to name a few of her many gifts. We have been married 18 years and it is awesome. She is also a key editor and talented collaborator on a lot of my Silly Daddy Comics work.

@cryptomomma and I have been together coming up on three years. I'm still technically married to the mother of my first son (not for a lack of trying to rectify the situation), but she is the single greatest thing that has ever happened to me. She's still young (22 (I just turned 30...)), but she's SO strong willed, intelligent, and beautiful. I've never met anyone like her. We have a three week old son, and she's going to make an amazing SteemMom!

Ironic how this is the first story I pull up after coming to the site. Wife and I just had a big argument. Will have to get back to you with the positive stuff.

So true. You would think after 11 years of marriage I would understand her better. She is a great mom, deals with all the kid stuff which is hard when there is 3 of them ranging from 1-9 years old.
The beautiful thing about marriage is that you never stop learning. I have 5 kids from 2.5 to 10. My wife is like a super hero!
