Question, doesn't HF21 completely break the @steemraiser model with the 50/50 reward payouts. Delegating right now comes with a big loss pretty much makeing @steemraiser rich. Are there plans to counter this like extra added SP from the owner to reach closer to the 10x self-upvote value again?
