I believe in letting people make those choices for themselves. If you want to post spam, maybe that is your right, for the sake of free speech maybe, for freedom.
I do also. But again please don’t conflate this freedom with some concept that it must allow a deleterious power vacuum. We can do better eliminating the power vacuum while still allowing that freedom.
Why don't you like the power vacuum? Is that vacuum a gateway towards tyranny? Towards abuse? Towards slavery? Towards Authoritarianism? I agree that I do not like those things. I do not like evil. I do not like bad people taking power over people. I can understand that power vacuums can lead towards bad stuff.
