Which sports are burning the most calories
In summer, it's clear who's been doing the winter.
This article is for all sportsmen who like to move but are bored with monotonous uniform exercises.
Swimming, tennis, and aerobics, for example, are a good choice because they load the whole body and are perfect for quick entry into shape.

The calories below them are responsible for the amount that a 60-pound man would spend 1 hour.
Zumba = 554 calories
Rope jump = 716 calories
Quick swim = 595 calories
Stair run = 546 calories
Running at 8 km / h = 503 calories
Tennis = 485 calories
Basketball = 485 calories
Roller Riding = 455 calories
Aerobics = 443 calories
Ski = 413 calories
Tourism = 364 calories
Running at 15 km / h = 716 calories
Pilates = 345 calories
Water aerobics = 334 calories
Fitness machine = 343 calories
Some of these sports are not suitable for men and vice versa, it is important to choose the sport that you like and gives you pleasure

Hello Suggeelson,
i think i can burn more or less calories independs how i do any exercise. If i am looking in our gym some woman burn for example realy more calories in Zumba than others. They are more powerfull in Movement...
But realy good post...
Of course, depend on training if is HIT ( High Intensive Traning ), i just touch some bases here. Thank you for your comment.
Swimming is one of the highest in Calories burnt ... but I say take this to the next level... go for WaterPolo :D... it's like so much harder and I would say it burns a lot more calories than normal swimming.
Somone may like to swim someone not, depend entirely on the personality, i like to walk in the forest this is my favorite.
