Proteas (south africa) lose from Australia
Mitchell Starc and Josh Hazlewood's best bowling figures have been lost to Australia, who lost to South Africa by 118 runs. This led to a 1-0 win by winning the first match of the four-match Test series.
It was supposed to win the Asiad in this match. Because they did not send the batsmen to the second innings in the second innings in the previous day. South Africa needed 124 runs in just one wicket to win the last day. Which was almost impossible. Kagiso Radda and Morne Morkel were unable to make that impossible possible. Both of them were able to score only 5 runs on the last day of the match. Australia won 118 runs

Apart from Theonis de Bruin (36), no one else could score two points. In the second innings, Stark took four wickets and Hodge took 3 wickets.
Earlier, in reply to Australia's 351, South Africa were bowled out for just 162 in the first innings. After Australia scored 228 in the second innings, 417 runs were scored for the Proteas to win. Going into that target, they were all out for 298 runs today. Aussie pacer Mitchell Starc was the man of the match with 9 wickets in two innings. Mitchell took three wickets in one over in the second innings, but missed the hat-trick.
