HOW you play the game VS. WHAT game you play
Through the months of picking up on Golf I realized how much it can benefit my Tennis...
In my point of view BOTH are not so much about technique! Of course you got to have a general idea of the stroke/swing BUT whether you execute it right (in practice or competition) really comes down to your degree of presence during the hitting! Are you in full acceptance of what is going on externally (nature, people etc.) and internally (thoughts, emotions, bodily sensations)?? Are your eyes on the ball? Do your eyes stay on the ball? Do you feel the swing? ARE YOU THE SWING?
When I´m getting into a higher vibration so to speak all these details like footwork, body rotation etc. seem to fall into place naturally over time.....
As I´m not yet in the condition to play a lot of (competitive) Tennis (due to my Burn Out) I´m allowing my vibration to get raised on the Golf Course during practice rounds and coming up tournaments in spring/summer... planning to ORGANICALLY get back onto the Tennis Court and up into the FIRST GERMAN TENNIS LEAGUE / STRONGEST TENNIS LEAGUE WORLDWIDE this way
NOW this can be applied to ANYTHING (if you stay within your area of talent) - coming up I will discuss one other strategy I use to stay on top of my Tennis Game while I am physically constrained to play/compete!
To sum this post up: "When you put water into a cup it BECOMES the cup, you put water into a bottle it BECOMES the bottle, you put water into a teapot it BECOMES the teapot!" Bruce Lee
