Translating Pain. You are an Alchemist.

From where I am today, I cannot help it but to be thankful to all the challenges I ever encountered in my life.
Abuse, sickness, suffering, despair, fear, pain, doubt, confusion, betrayal, feeling lost, etc.
This stuff does not give us the best time of our life, for sure. It sucks!

Here is another perspective though.
All these deeply unpleasant experiences inspire a whole range of unpleasant feelings, showing us the fullness of duality we all experience here. Not only we can decide to translate our pain into something else, we can also gain more clarity though it, we can find our true Self and find out what we are really made of, things like strength and wisdom, kindness and faith.

We all could become bitter, we all have our reasons to feel like victims and act like hitlers.
Taking into account the amount of suffering going on in the world we live in - we are all entitled to anger, disappointment, and hate. We do have the right to be outraged.
We could keep raging, keep spilling pain that we feel, we can keep hating on others, keep shouting the truth as we know it. We could keep defending, keep fighting, keep proving,.... if this is how we wish to experience our Self - we could.

But here are the questions we could ask:
Where are we going with that?
Where does this lead?
How does it serve us?

Anyone can rage these days. Anyone can get online and spit their unprocessed pain for the public consumption. That stirs pain in others, others react and say more hurtful stuff, and more pain gets stirred... and that goes on and on and on.
Anyone can be a mean fucker or a lost sheep. It is easy and it is justified. It is a choice.

To be an oasis of peace in the midst of madness, to be a hope-giver and a soul-soother in a world that brutally breaks it all, to be a harmonizer and a lover in a world of chaos and hate... now, that is a skill, that is something to write home about.

The most powerful souls on this planet are vibrational alchemists, and you, the one reading this might be one of them, just forgot about it.
When we consciously choose to translate our pain and suffering into something that has a soul value, we get to see everything differently.

Turning to alchemy seems to be the only option these days for anyone who has courageously placed their Self on a journey of GROWTH and TRANSFORMATION.

It is so much easier to blame than to take responsibility.
It is so much easier to keep replaying the old patterns than to get over our old Self and to change the beat.
Growing as an abused kid in a communist country, being hopelessly sick (more than once), being bullied and stalked, heartbroken and broke, losing it all... and struggling to change the installed programs for a long time - I would know all about it.

Here is what we could consider:

• We are all sacred, luminous and humanly flawed. We dont have to hold it against each other.

• Everything we see/observe/witness is just a PERSPECTIVE.

• Our minds are programmable. We can easily catch a mind virus from others or become a prisoner of our own mind, if we dont become the One who is programming it.

• Choosing peace over being right is soulful and wise.

• What we focus on - GROWS. It is a Universal Law. When we dwell in what we dont like for too long - we only make it stronger.

• Going inward, in other words - minding our own business - is the best decision any of us can make. Never mind what is on anybody's mind.

• Making a transition from left brain hemisphere into the right one changes our perspective and our experience of life.

• Once we face our own wounds, clear the layers of conditioning, shed all the lies and imposed beliefs, we are no longer who we thought we were. We get to see with a profound clarity that
  Love is the highest truth there is, and there is nothing more important right now than to teach ourselves to LOVE.

When we begin to touch this world with our hearts, rather than spraying it with the content of our minds - we turn into cosmic agents, we become portals of higher consciousness, we become one with the You-niverse, we become alchemists who translate everything into love!
