Steemcleaners are powering down, that's fine whatever. This guy though, he's more interesting to look at in my opinion. He's the juice behind most of the popular dapps.

Sigh... I've had a long day. A human left the comment. @spaminator doesn't flag for the introduceyourself tag. If it is repeatedly misused the account is usually added to @cheetah. There is another group that does flag for misusing tags.
The robo-flagging is usually reserved for robo posting and irredeemable spammers. Sometimes others get caught up in it but we do our best to avoid it. Human's complain... Bot's don't. :grin:
Multi-account abuse is still a problem. There's no reason to have 50 to 30,000 accounts to post and vote with. Yes, there is a group with more than 30,000 accounts and at one time they had almost 500,000 SP in delegations from the STEEM faucet before we were able to get it removed.

I see the multi-account issue a lot like the weeding, inevitable and glad someone is taking care of it. I'm not and that's something I feel didn't come across as clearly in my post. I'm super appreciative for the effort the collective does to clean. It's dirty work and y'all are taking it on, cheers! Individuals are obviously slacking on tending our own laws.
I wonder though, is a 30,000 bot farm with accumulated 500k SP a bigger problem than those pre-mined self-voting accounts? Those so called bad guys. It's also hard to tell who's who since for example the intentions of @misterdelegation with 18 million SP seem equally mysterious. Trust is earned right? Or bought and sold.
Not in a scary or negative way, simply in a KYC kinda way, like who the fuck are you?

This person is part of the steemit looters , they are stealing steem from users and channeling all that steem back to their accounts . Report these criminals !

My curiosity is how invested is @steemcleaners in this platform if it's powering down? I notice consistent support from the community, just wonder what's really at play? I mean our support is minuscule in relation to those delegations right?
I'm not suggesting a huge conspiracy here, just looking under the hood a bit. Not even in a suspicious manner. I believe you have "good intentions" and I'd be slacking if I ignored quizzing the finer details of motivation for all that hard work. Is it just to police the unsavory types?
Silence and rebuttal also speaks volumes and of course, there's no right or wrong answer here in my opinion. You've absolutely no obligation to respond to little old me either.

So I found and resteemed this most recent post from @steemcleaners. I was really more into the comments threads. Interesting. Some funny characters are developing in this story.
Let's look a little closer.. ok someone disgruntled by impartial bot "abuse" well that's predictable. Boring. What's this, perhaps a lead on the mysterious @misterdelegation?
Which on it's own is not really that interesting, he's gonna protect his interests right? Why the alt account though? I mean isn't it better to stand by a delegation and add that dash of public brand recognition?

As far as I know, during the launch of the blockchain, mining was available. I assume @misterdelegation is just one of the many mining instances used by @ned and Steemit Inc. in general.
Note that many of the early folks mined as well. They had many accounts for mining purposes. They were then funneled to the main accounts you see today.
Yeah pre-mining was always the worry for most when we were busy promoting steem in the early days.. guess now we learned by experience why that takes a lot of trust.
Some may say we can be thankful that pretty boy @ned had enough ego to put his face to the shin dig? Lol some may disagree as he waves from the $250k life boat.. watching all our efforts sink.
That's irreplaceable time and energy, not least hopes and dreams of the thousands of passengers on this "experiment" in monetizing crypto-social engagement. Oh and what a success for the few as always.
Man sometimes it's easier to move through things when the face of the abuser is anon and not plastered all over the platform.. oh dan, why oh why did you not take all the children with you! 💩
