Steemit Meetup - Thanksgaming!
Last friday we had another Steemit Meetup!
@improv and @stinawog invited everyone to their home in East Hollywood for an event they call...
Thanksgaming!!
Thanksgaming is pretty much exactly what you'd think of with a name like that. Basically thanksgiving style food, plus all kinds of games! @csusbgeochem1 and myself drove out from San Bernardino and arrived around 1:30pm. Most of the food was already ready and games had already began. We introduced ourselves to everyone and then grabbed ourselves a plate and dug into the food. I tried everything except for the turkey, but that's because I'm a vegetarian. So no turkey for me. But everything else was delicious!!

After stuffing our faces with as much food as we could @csusbgeochem1 and I got a glass of @stinawog's homemade Glühwein (which was SO good) and joined in the games! We played a bunch of cool games. All of which I had never played. And we got to meet a bunch of cool people. And although I was never a winner of any of the games I still had a lot of fun.

That looked like so much fun!! Was everyone there on Steemit? And if now, are they now?
I think it was half Steemians and half future Steemians. All great people. I told a bunch of the non Steemians about Steemit, and I gave Stina some SoCal Steemit stickers to give out to everyone.
When we have enough SP in the account, you could have opened an account for them right there and then :)

It really was an awesome idea. Mad props to @impov and @stinawog for that one. They put on a super fun meetup. It was my first time trying the Glühwein... and I loved it! lol.
