Cherry Berry Smoothie

  This smoothie is full of cherries and blueberries and is under 200 cal. Blueberries have many health benefits. They are high in iron, phosphorous, calcium, and magnesium promoting healthy heart and bones. They are also high in fiber to help reduce constipation and this smoothie tastes way better than prune juice.   

  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen cherries
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate juice
  • 1/2 cup unsweet vanilla almond milk

Put all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.  Enjoy!

Nice healthy recipe! Try it with greek yoghurt and 1 teaspoon vanilla and it'll be all fine :)
