YOU CAN BUY THIS AT SAFEWAY, WALMART, SMART & FINALS OR ANY OTHER GROCERY STORE

STEP 1) Make holes in it so that when you put it in the microwave you to let out air otherwise it could explode.
Not Joking

STEP 2) Depending on how long you put it in the microwave, for me I always put it on for 5 minutes on one side then flip it for another 5 minutes. I keep doing that until the surface gets soft

STEP 3) Slice it in half

STEP 4) Because the inside is stringy you can simply scrap it off with fork. First scrap seeds out in the middle then scrap the rest.

STEP 5) Set out the ingredients. For the ingredients it all depends on whatever you want to put in your spaghetti but for me I have oil, onions, garlic, butter, salt, 4 sausages (got them from Costco), and most importantly pasta sauce.

You can put whatever ingredients you want but I highly recommend you have pasta sauce so that you can make real Italian food out of this. Also, always put a few tablespoon of olive oil and low calorie butter. There is low calorie butter you can get at Safeway which is about 35 calories per tablespoon. Also I recommend one cup of milk to make it creamy. Since spaghetti squash is low carb and only 30 calories per cup you do not have to worry too much when you add butter, oil, and milk.
Don't forget you are eating a lot of vegetables :)
