Week 4 #sixweekhealth challenge is to make a healthy dessert. This is a great inspiration by @sweetsssj and @healthsquared #coachben which is to spread the awareness of healthy lifestyles.
这一期的#sixweekhealth 是制作健康甜点,这是一项非常值得响应的活动,它提倡健康饮食也可以很快乐、很美味,再次谢谢 @sweetsssj@healthsquared 设计的健康系列活动 。

In order to encourage more people to participate into healthier lifestyle, I have decided to introduce a quick and simple oatmeal dessert. The reasons I choose oatmeal dessert is because the ingredients of making it are easy to get, easy to prepare and most important is healthy! Moreover, No oven or stove is needed! Therefore it will encourage more people to try out the recipe.
既然是为了鼓励大家响应健康生活,那么制作甜点就必须是非常简易、普遍的材料及步骤,让更多人可以参与,所以我决定介绍大家一道无需烹煮、无需烘焙的五分钟健康甜点 - 燕麦香蕉优格甜点!

Firstly, prepare the main ingredients: oats, yogurt drink or pure yogurt, banana. Optional ingredients are prune juice or maple syrup or honey or brown sugar, fresh milk, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, dried fruits, nuts, seeds, berries or fruits.
首先,准备材料,主要的是垂手可得的燕麦、优格或优格饮料、香蕉。其他额外可自由添加的食材: 西梅汁或蜜糖或红糖或枫糖浆、鲜奶、亚麻籽、南瓜籽、果干、蓝莓或草莓。

Directions :
Add the needed amounts of oats into a glass container.
接着,取个有盖的容器,加入适量的燕麦。

Pour in yogurt drink or yogurt or fresh milk.
再加入优格饮料或者优格或鲜奶。

Add prune juice or honey or maple syrup or brown sugar.
然后可自行斟酌添加西梅汁或蜜糖或红糖。

Add chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, raisins or other dried fruits.
可再加入少许亚麻籽、南瓜籽、果干等等。

Finally add and stir in some bananas or top with other superfood like avocadoes!
最后,加入自己喜欢的鲜果比如:香蕉或苹果或牛油果或芒果或草莓、蓝莓等等。

Soak the mixture for a while or refrigerate it overnight. Voila! A healthy dessert is ready to serve!
盖上盖子浸泡一下,或冷藏保存一段时间才享用。一道简单美味的健康甜点就完成了!
