I am doing these every day now. Additionally winter work break is over and I'm getting in tons of workout with my gardening. Last year work started at March 20th with a weight of 148kg, wait wTf!?

Right now I'm at around 128kg. This year's goal is to get down to 110.

I still cheat with pizza and ice cream every two weeks or so but from my many transformations I know it's ok. I still make good progress + with my winter break being over I burn off over 4k calories a day at least. I make sure I don't drain myself off minerals and nutrients by getting in tons of veggies and fruits.

Happy Everything!

what made the difference for me, in terms of weight loss, was running over 20kms three times a week. (I don't seem to do that any more however).

Up until that point, I didn't lose much weight, but after I started doing that it just fell off.

So far it has stayed off no matter how much I run, or don't run.

Try some longer runs at a really slow pace (it's ok to walk for a bit too) and see if that makes a difference to your weight loss.

Failing that, just keep doing what you're doing. all exercise is good for you no matter what weight you are ;-)

Thx Trevor. Will do :).
For me it always took like two months before anything was happening. It feels like the snowball needs to be rolled over the cliff first to get some momentum.

Yeah i don't know your age but it certainly gets harder to lose poundage the older you get. At least this has been true for me. Though my primary goal isn't weight loss the metabolism is slower and it's harder to keep the conditioning level the same. Adulthood is hard sometimes. LMAO.
But kudos to you and nice work on the run!

Thx chelsea. I assume if we don't destroy our bodies with bad habits and keep our cells receptive to hormones, there is lots of room for improvement for many years to come. I made the mistake of taking a job were I sat all day for two years. I blew up. Glad I quit and went back to moving around + I get tons of sun which is awesome

This is true!! All in moderation as far as "bad" habits or vices go :)

Good luck with your goal, man! Its hard to lose weight but you already did great progress. 148 is not easy to get rid of

thx man
