A Role Model Steemian - About My Accomplishements and Future Goals

Here on Steemit, my blog is mostly about travel, art, history, and food. I do participate in some photography contests ones in a while and I might post something random too, but I consider my blog as a Travel blog. When I share my experience while travelling I always mention something historic and always give advice on the place I am visiting.

I believe travelling and arts can save our souls. I had a lot of sad moments in my life and I even suffered from major depression for years, and only love for arts and adventure made me feel better. I am very passionate about what I do now and I hope other people will see me as a role model that actually tries to help others!

Currently, I am a member of 20 Steemit communities on Discord. One of these communities is called CHAT that was created by me. CHAT is a Discord channel and new community on Steemit for people that are interested in Culture, History, Art, and Travel. The goal is to create a community for like-minded people who will support one another and create better original content. I decided to create this channel because I realized that there are chat rooms on Steemit about these subjects but they are all separated from each other, and I believe that the 4 things are connected and should not be divided. When we travel there is always some history, culture and art involved. Also, these chat rooms on Steemit have been kind of slow lately, so I am hoping this will create more activity. I hope that this new community will help us find new friends that think alike. We can support each other on Steemit and create better content together. Who knows maybe we can even travel together! I believe this is a new beginning to something big. Also, currently I have my own contest for people that are interested in CHAT (you can check it out here).

Another thing that I find interesting is that for some reason I get many messages on Discord asking for my help, like help them join one of the communities or just answer some questions about Steemit, and these people are not even from my CHAT community! This makes me feel that some people do think of me as a role model or at least as someone that knows something here.

Sadly, there are a lot people that post very short and bad posts. Also, a lot of people are begging for votes. I do not feel like I should get angry about it and downvote as some people do, but instead I try to help these people by giving them advice on what they cannot do and what they should do. For example, I always tell everyone not to use pictures from google search because of the copyrights, and I always encourage everyone post their own pictures or use websites that sell pictures.

About voting power and SP… I do not have a lot of voting power, but I am hoping to pay for some delegation in future and try to get more SBD as possible, so I can buy more voting power. I really need SP because I want to help my own community. I want to curate other people’s posts. I want to give more rewards to people that create original content about culture, history, art, and travel. In future, I would love to curate other content too, but now I try to do everything that is possible for CHAT. Also, I do have some ideas on creating more communities that will help many people.
