Charlie Blast's Territory (Nintendo 64, 1999)

Charlie Blast's Territory was a puzzle game released for the Nintendo 64 in 1999 but it has kind of a strange release history. It was first published as "The Bombing Islands" by Kemco for the PS1 in Japan in 1997. It was redeveloped for the Nintendo 64 with some changes (new graphics and a four player mode among others) by Realtime Associates and released in 1999. This was the first North American release. However, the PS1 version (still titled "The Bombing Islands") was released in North America two years later in 2001.
The game itself was a mediocre puzzle game that received mixed reviews though the Nintendo 64 version was generally perceived to be slightly better. The ad above is from the Nintendo 64 version and is from the October 1998 issue of GamePro.
