Hello guys, relationship is one thing we all seek for, be it cordial, intimate or just casual relationships. We all need someone to share our views with, someone to lean on when the chips are down and someone to seek advice from.

Historically, We often tend to find much comfort in going into a relationship with the opposite sex and research has it that, being into such relationships with the opposite sex, not only fills this gap of needing someone, but also appeal to our sense of sexuality.

Unfortunately but true, there is a wide variance between how the female folks comply with this research and how the male folks do. The females can easily be close friends with a male without having him to appeal to her sexuality while the males can hardly avoid seeking more than just friendship.

This wide variance in mentality between the two, have in our modern world, caused more harm than any good. The ladies feel "oh, we can just be friends, I can share my thoughts and emotions with you and we can just ride along with no strings attached" but the guys are saying "hell no, if I continue being friends with you, I could just develop some sort of intimate feelings for you and its best we don't even start as close friends but as lovers".

NOW, HOW CAN WE SOLVE THIS?

For me, I think there should be a change in mindset for the male folks or better still, act according to WHO YOU ARE!

Some guys can actually be friends with a girl for a long time and won't develop feelings while others can't. So if you can't, stay far away as possible from her,if she won't date you, then don't start a friendship that will keep tormenting you. But if you can be with her and won't develop feelings, then go for it.

Recently, a friend of mine came to me for relationship advice, he had just asked a girl he's been friends with for over 3years out and she said "NO"... My friend felt devastated and heart broken but on the other hand, the lady must have been feeling disappointed that a guy she felt was a friend, had other intentions.

This brings us to the emotional aspect of the topic, do guys easily fall in love than ladies?

Well, let's not forget that lust and love are two different things and research has it that guys lust more. So in most cases where a guys thinks he loves a girl or us emotionally connected to a lady, it might just be lust.

However, genuine feelings are patient, persevering and enduring. If he really loves you, he would wait till the lady finally connects with him too.
