Relationship is a very serious thing but a lot of people take it with levity, thinking it is all about the kissing and making love. Relationship requires a lot of hard work, commitment and level head consideration.
This post is to address what the man is expected to do. Don’t get it wrong, the onus is not resting only on the man, but on both parties, and both parties need to work hand in hand to make the relationship work. After this series, I will also speak on few things to note for the ladies, and as usual, both partners can adopt it too.
Guys, pray for the love of a good woman. I mean true love. Love is not only a feeling, but a person. When you have the love of a good woman, your life is set. It determines how far you will go in life and how fast too.
There is no denying that women can go to any length and through anything just for the person they love. Often times, their love hasn’t been matched with the length at which they can go by some men. Ladies are also moved by what they see. They need to see how far you are willing to go first before they can go all out too. Sometimes when the guy is not moving any inch, they know how to nudge him in the right direction, because they need something to hold on to, so they can go through that length for him too.
Don’t get it wrong, not all ladies do this, as not all guys do this too, and I am not saying the women are perfect of justifying them. As we have terrible guys, who are a big disgrace to the XY chromosomes, we also have terrible and inconsiderate women. As a man, desire and pray for the love of a good woman. Your life will turn out better. You will see yourself achieving things better and faster, even things you never expected or thought of. She will be a complete package as she will give you peace, joy and become a blessing to you, as you should be to her too. She won’t be perfect, but her goodness would override her shortfalls.
The quality of your marriage guaranties longevity. If a marriage is good, it will last. A good marriage is the one that doesn’t look for an exit door, always considerate, and always seeking to improve on things; doing things better than the last time. Seek harmony in your marriage. Seek partnership too. Be your wife’s best friend. I know you have a best friend, but never let it be that your best friend knows something your wife doesn’t know or wouldn’t know. Remember that, you need to check the intention of whatever you are doing the moment you have to start hiding things from her. You wouldn’t hide it if it is good. Seek partnership and she will become loyal to you. She can brag about you and categorically say anywhere that there is nothing you don’t discuss with her.
