Gigantic Street Egg Sandwich Cooking Kuala Lumpur Malaysia TastyTuesday Entry

This monster egg sandwich is being cooked in a street stall right outside my condo gate in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia. You are only seeing a little bit of the procedure for the huge 75 cent usd meal for many.

I got this by mistake once and it took me four days to eat it. Should I be eating all this bread? No! But I was getting my seventy-five cents worth.

The filling is egg and some kind of meat a lot of veggies are soon to come.

But this is not really the filling. By the end of it, the eggs end up on the outside. Very perplexing! Very yummy! One 16th of this sandwich will fill you up, but then you know there is more in the fridge for days to come.

In a recent post, I was talking about going on a liquid diet again and now you see a bit of the reason why. Malaysians can cook everything and sell it for cheap every five feet as you walk along.

A common greeting here, is "What did you eat?"

Not "When did you eat?"

Because they know you just did eat.

I have learned to have some food to speak of. If I don't name something, they rush to find me more food so I don't die quick.

They eat all day long here and mostly are not fat. I have no idea how this happens.

I love this country!
