Optimists are Champions
Every morning, I wake up with not an idea how to handle the day. I feel diffident in the face of all the challenges life has in store for me. Truth be told, the recent past has not been very kind to me. I've been facing challenge after challenge, both on the personal and professional front.
Optimists look at each day as a vessel holding infinite possibilities. Pessimists are cynics. They look back at the past and pull out difficult experiences for perusal. They expect a couple of such similar or worse experiences in each new day.
It is incredibly hard to stay positive in a generally pessimistic world. The most positive people in our midst are nothing short of champions. They use every resource at their disposal to ensure that the general negativity of society does not seep into their perspectives.
Are you an optimist or a pessimist. If you are the former, congratulations!
If you are the latter, know that we and many others are on the same boat.

I agree with you, it is much harder to be optimistic and have faith than to be negative and pessimistic. It is sort of natural to be positive and optimistic. It might help also not to watch news too much.

It’s worth mentioning that you can change your outlook from pessimist to optimist with a bit of work. It pays didivends to remind yourself regularly that things can and do get better.
Change up your daily routine. Start your day with something positive like a run on the beach. Make sure you avoid negative media early on in the day. Nothing positive comes from reading media that is designed to incite anger or hatred.
Your mindset is yours to control so make the most of it.

Just recently discovered your channel and must say it’s quite excellent what you wrote. As a person whose been a pessimist for the past 5 years, it’s be hard for me to change in a snap of a finger however, the joy it will bring me to be a optimist will be amazing. Therefore I might give this a try.
