You have to set goals to be able to reach them.

Having a list of goals keeps you on track.
Avoid distractions. Lists keep your goals in your face.

Break larger goals down into smaller goals.
You want to feel like you’re making progress all the time.

Reward yourself when you reach goals.
Yes, you are just a one big child.

Lists don’t have to be all text.
What motivates you? Include photos and images.

Back to being OCD…
Crossing goals off your list feels good. It’s actually addictive!
