Mindset #10 - This is Real Life. Trading is Just a Facilitator
Hey Steemit,
Being on Steemit and involved in the #teamaustralia community means that not everyone here is trader. But everyone that chooses to write on Steemit or invest in the alternative crypto space is an entrepreneur and the mindset of why you got involved is exactly the same across the board.
People often forget that the reason they originally found entrepreneurially trading for yourself so appealing in the first place, is that it allowed you to work where you want, how you want and in the way you wanted.
Trading is meant to afford you the time to do all the other fun things that you wanted to do, but work and financial responsibility to some prick of a boss always got in the way.
Take back your weekends.
DO NOT FORGET...
WHY YOU GOT INTO TRADING IN THE FIRST PLACE!
Even if you’re just like me and markets, trading and writing are passions that pump through your veins, you have to step away.
This is a funny analogy because I actually have terrible circulation. If you ever get a chance to chat to me on a personal level, ask me about how hard it is to get blood from me when I need to go for tests or whatever.
“Doc, it’s not blood inside my veins, it’s markets!”
Put simply, to crush your business, you have got to enjoy your weekend down time. Spend time with people outside of your weekday niche or your friends and family.
Recharge the batteries and come back more energised, hungry and with the clear mind required to crush your business goals.
This is real life. Trading is just a facilitator.
Don’t forget that.
