Mindset #8 - Monday Morning Motivation

Motivation is not magic. It does not come in a bottle.
It's simply something you can tap into BY DESIGN and then harness.

Start the day with a positive mindset.
Don’t roll back over. You have goals that you have to achieve.

Prioritise your time and plan.
Write a to do list including WHY you need to hit your goals.

Limit your items to a realistic, manageable level.
Achievable targets. You need to be hitting goals to feel like you’re making progress.

Have a strategy, but be prepared to change course.
Nothing, and I mean NOTHING, will go to plan. Be flexible.

Visualise and get it done.
These are your goals. It’s not meant to be ‘work’. Don’t treat it as such.

Don’t forget that there’s always a Tuesday!
