Never, Never Give Up (An Original Poem)
Sometimes I lay on my bed
Late at night
Unable to sleep
I wonder what tomorrow brings
The day has been tough
Facing one problem after another
With no solutions in sight
Will tomorrow be better
I have tried my best
But progress seem slow
How long will I be stuck in a rut
Before the way forward becomes clear
I am hanging in there
Refusing to give up
For I believe in myself
To create my own destiny
Failure becomes my teacher
I move forward each day
Now my dreams have become a reality
Because I never, never give up
About this poem:
Everybody has experienced at one time or another low points in their lives. These tough and difficult times, where the problems seem insurmountable. As the saying goes “Tough times don’t last but tough people do.” So for all those who are facing tough times now, hang in there and don’t give up. Have the courage to believe in yourself despite what others may say or think. These difficult times will mold you into a stronger person. And one day without you realizing it, you are living the life of your dreams.
For me personally, I have been very disappointed that 2 of my recent articles earned less than $1.00. For a veteran minnow like me who joined more than 1 year ago and have more than 1,000 followers, this is a big blow me. However I believed in my mission as a motivational blogger and in spreading positivity one post at a time. Therefore I will continue with my mission and in time I will be able to touch more lives. If you believe in what I do, kindly resteem this post.

I know the feeling all to well , I have been heres as well over a year , and have over 2000 followers and get no money for up votes on most posts ! Unless I first pay randowhale / minnow booster / booster !! Thats if I have SD to do it , just to get my post going and keep it up on the page long enough to get more up votes ! LOL! Otherwise I make nothing !! But I enjoy blogging anyways and running my contest ! I get a ton of positive vibes from my #pocontest which cheers me up if im feeling down !

Ahhh yes, @positivesteem!! We have all been there and those of us who have not given up are still here. Consistency is key, visiting, commenting and upvoting others you find share great content, and continuing to put out quality work yourself will pay off. There is more minnow help now on this platform than ever before and more of us jumping in to help the new people find their way and make the best of their journey here on Steemit. I find it is best not to place my focus on earning $, but on sharing my passion and engaging others to build a strong community. It is incredibly rewarding to bring people together for common purpose, and we have much more opportunity here together, than we do on our own. Financial rewards are just bonus for me.

Yeh, times at Steemit are tough, auto voters seems to be the way to get rewards, more than manual ones. But persistence is the way to go, as you write in your poem. A good one to share with us, for sure, since I can imagine many Steemians face these touch times. Interestingly, I noticed this week some more votes on my posts, also more ReSteem. But I think that has to do with the type of posts I wrote, as well as my continuous engagement with Steemians in other channels resulted in the luck I got with a couple of orca's voting for me. Hang in there, and stay positive! You are still travelling? When so, enjoy that to the MAX!

Discord and Steemit.chat p2p mostly, got there through interaction on Steemit. I also am sometimes on SteemStem, they support science posts that I sometimes make. General channel may also be a place, but never been there really.

Mostly p2p chat with Steemians I meet along the way and the channel I mentioned, SteemStem, and now the new Massivevibration, and sometimes in one of the promo channels like the music channel
