Eth withdrawal from POLONIEX shows completed but Eth are nowhere to be found!

I withdrew about 8 ETHs from my poloniex account and even though it shows completed in my deposit and withdrawal history, I never got my eths.
They even generated a fake transaction ID: 0x57a61e9cd9bd9f8d11c16bf428ddfec1176cf2ff865090c98963765f09eade25
It is invalid in every ethereum blockchain explorer.
This is not the first time it has happened to me on poloniex!
Its been more than 55 hours and still I haven't got my ETHs back.
