Let's get right down to it.

Physio Exercises - Did it twice on 29th Jan, once on 30th.
Yeah, I'll find a better way to actually do it. I'm thinking about having an "Accountability" channel created in the Be Awesome group with the help of @whatamidoing, over at Discord.
When there are actual people expecting you to do your work, you'll work your ass off to do it.
So there's that.

(Early Morning) Run - Went for a run/walk for 6 days out of 8 (morning/evening)
This one went well. At first, it was tough to run for a good length of time as the body would start stinging all over! This tends to happen when we take a long break in running and resume after a long while.
But later, the body adjusted and now I can easily run like before.
The cold air is a problem sometimes as it makes breathing difficult, but I'll do it anyway.

Sleep Early - The average time is now 10:45 PM
I nailed this one! I've been consistently switching off all electronics majority of the time, way ahead of bed time.
It's important to do so or else it just sucks you in and makes you feel like you're in some Las Vegas casino - oblivious of the passing time.
Sleeping early has helped me to easily wake up early, automatically.
Will continue to sleep early(er).

The Assignment - Haven't started (yet yet)
Hopefully, the Accountability channel becomes successful and actually works in making me do my work. I'm talking as if it's not in my hands to do what is necessary.
Still, some aid is always better than none.

I guess we could call this a tie between the Bad YesAye and the Good YesAye.

Delhi Steemit Meetup Place 🔎

All the Delhi folks, get ready for an epic meetup, as the place for the same is being finalized!
I & @wandereronwheels went on a quest to slay a cafe/restaurant/hotel into letting us conduct a Steemit meetup/tiny fest. Read more on why it is being conducted and the recent Steemit India meetup in this post by @firepower.

Beating Retreat

Every year in New Delhi, India on the 29th of January, the bands of Armed Forces (i.e. the Army, Navy, Air Force), the State Police and Central Armed Police Force perform a ceremony called 'Beating Retreat'. It marks the finale of the 4 day long Republic Day celebrations.
The sounds were epic. I got to see our Prime Minister Narendra Modi in person! From far. Very, very far.

New Phone, Who Dis?! 📱

Can you imagine - I'd been surviving on a 1st Gen Moto E for the past 3 years! What a first-world-problem is that!?
I'd rooted that phone and modified it to such an extent that it seemed to emotionally break down from the inside - the battery slowly dying, phone getting slow etc.
It hurt to look at it.
Which is why I thought it was about time to upgrade. Now, I'm using my dad's Lenovo P2.
A phone hand-me-down, basically. You know how the middle-class family rolls, and me being the youngest... it was destined to happen.
But I'm happy because this phone rocks.

It'd been a really long time since I spoke to my friends, probably about 4 months. So, with my new phone, I broke out of my Social Media hibernation and got in touch with 'em peeps again.
There was a lot to catch up on.
