Reddit took down the /r/pizzagate/ section. All that research... gone!
Here is a spoof site for the pizzagate subreddit, letting people know that Steemit doesn't censor. None of their research would be lost if they would have joined Steemit instead...

Yep. 100% Agree. That is why in my documentary on PizzaGate I told everyone that I was uploading the film and all the links to the evidence to the blockchain so it couldn't be taken down. All my stuff is still here, untouched.

Same thread was constantly being archived with data download dumps and 'way back machine'.
100% Agree through, the information needs to be stored in the blockchain, but suppressing any single website only temporarily sets things back. https://voat.co/v/pizzagate jumped about 8k users as soon as the reddit went down. People are also calling to use 'Gab' as a backup for Twitter as #PizzaGate has extended into #TwitterGate.
We need to be storing on steamit as a final backup, but we can't as it requires that the material be our own subjective work.
