I Shot A Nice Dock This Week

Things have still been pretty busy with the Real Estate photography that I do. A couple of days ago, I shot a nice dock that has a great view of Donner Lake and Donner Summit. It was nice to hang out on the dock for a minute and enjoy the view, but I really wished I had a couple hours to spare and that I could have hung out and gone swimming or fishing. If you like this dock, it can be yours, the house it belongs to is for sale. Only a million+ dollars worth of steem...

Below is the dock, with a view to the west. Can you imagine the sunsets over Donner Summit that you could catch, while holding a glass of fine wine in your hand.

This is looking to the east, toward the town of Truckee, California. Sunrises would also be great here, and the fishing would be a ton of fun too!

The home's deck is perfect for entertaining a large group of friends. A decent view of the lake and a lot of privacy from kayakers and paddle boarders going by.

The house itself... well, that's not what you'd be paying for if you bought this property. It's ok but not as nice as most of the other Donner lakefront homes. Here's the virtual tour I produced if you want to see the inside and more of the property: Virtual Tour
