Moths: Fen Wainscot
The fluffy fen wainscot (Arenostola phragmitidis), egale rietboorder ("single-coloured reed driller") in Dutch, is found in most of Europe, Siberia, Turkey, Iraq, Afghanistan, central Asia and China.
These moths' wingspan is about 35mm (1.2"), and they fly from July to August. The larvae feed internally in the stems of reeds, hence the Dutch name.

After my initial gasp, this one made me laugh. :D Progress!
By the way, thank you so much for the resteem. It means a lot!
Laughing is good!
Amen!
I have an obsession for moths, I love them even more than butterflies, so fluffy and cute, I use to breed silk moths when I was a child and since then they're a constant presence in my work. I love to sketch and paint them too.
