Sitting long on chair while working on PC also cause pain in Spinal cord. Never stay in same position for longtime, keep changing :)
& most important try some joint & muscles stretching exercise. Easiest is Yoga O:)
Skipping would also be great. Consult doctor for some supplement to make your muscles around the joints stronger. You can do it mamma. Vampy believe in you ^,...,^

I also started being fascinated about random things.
After a 10 months straight working with no breaks, I have been on a 10 day road trip around Egypt wondering around with my camera all day :)

The interesting thing about doors is that they can be both literal and figurative. They are inescapable parts of most everyone's life. They can be plain or beautiful. Is it any wonder why so many photographers take pictures of doors?

I do not know where do you find all those amazing doors guys. I can not enter this contest this week as i never saw it as a subject of interest, and how much did i miss it seems. But now i know that this topic can be interesting :)
The company I work for works closely with an Amish door manufacturer and they share your sentiments. The combination of beautiful customized doors they produce by hand is mind blowing.
Just as a door can change the entire look and feel of a house, it can symbolize change in our lives and remind us to close the door on the past/open the door for the future. Great post!
That's really interesting. Since I lived in Indonesia, I changed my awareness about the importance to choose the right door for your home and learnt a lot about the symbolic meaning of doors. The last one is a grave door. I I could write a more detailed history and explanation about those I posted but I can't sit that long on my computer due to a painful nerve infection. It's hard to create articles on my phone 🙀😩

I had to move to Vienna for now, taking care of my mother. I follow the flow :) never know where the wind takes me next. I lived in Bali for over 16 years and the island fever got me too often 😳
The creatures guarding the entrance from the first picture are pretty darn scary!
Cool collection :) my fav are the scruffy blue ones.
I would t know which one is my favourite but for sure the scruffy blue one is the least valuable one, meaning in the sense of money. I found it down the street where I lived on a messy land. I love that shot as well :) All others are master pieces of various Indonesian artisans and collector pieces. It's hard to find those kind of woodcarvers in these days.
The least valuable, but draws the attention. I just like those scruffy paint.
I like the others too - wonderful work! But the blue somehow feels cozy.

this reminds.. when we have earthquakes here, the new constructions are the first to fall but those build by British empire 200 years ago still remain intact, I wonder what kinda technology they used

Yes I knock them down as well if I can't pass through hahahah! Oh well, I messed up many opportunities and sometimes I even took the wrong ones without checking whats behind but I found others to leave right away 🙀
