So I've seriously seen this dog and his owner all over the city and today's the first chance I got to take some photos. Lots of people have their large dogs trained to ride on their scooters like this.

I've seen people riding around with cartons of beer on their scooters but never their animals. If you did that in Australia you'd get pulled over and fined by police.
