Hallstatt, a small village in Upper Austria, located on the Hallstatter See lake is one of World Heritage Sites in Austria. The village is known for its salt mines who are dating back to prehistoric times.
Hallstatt is one of the most beautiful places I visited in Austria. Amazing gothic architecture, old stone paved streets and beautiful crystal lake are the trademark of this old town.
