Cedar Lakes Adventure Part 1
🌴🌴 Cedar Lakes Adventure Part 1 🌴🌴
Williston, Florida USA
Welcome to a wonderful new adventure series. Last series we covered the Kanapah Botanical Gardens, this adventure we are visiting a place called Cedar Lakes. This place is actually the back yard of a man named Dr. Raymond Webber. He opened his backyard to the public in 2014 and here we are on this adventure. It is one of the most unique places in Florida. Dr. Raymond Webber built this place out of an old lime rock query and all stones and islands were hand built. I took over 300 photos of this place to be patient. The wait to see them all is worth it. The lower level has some spectacular views as well as some parts of the upper level!
Are you ready for the adventure to begin?
As we walk up to the gardens we are greeted by this handmade welcome sign!
There are various driftwood statues placed around this place and here is a look at the first one we see. We are just inside the gates at this point!
If we look to our right we see this. It's a dog! This dog was made from branches and dried moss!
This place is open to special events and field trips as well. We are just past the welcome center!
There are 3 levels to this place. The upper, the middle, and the lower. We are on the upper level and we will walk in a circle around the park 3x exploring each level!
There are several waterfalls. All were hand made by Dr. Raymond Webber himself.
To continue on our trip we must cross over the top of the water fall featured above. Let's go!
We also have our very own special guest tour guide. Her name is Callie. Please give her some love! She will be with us most of the trip!
This is a partial view of the pond. Keep following on the next ventures to see more! It was very gorgeous even tho the day was a bit dreary!
All photos were taken by me on my Nikon D3400
WELL THAT IS ALL FOR PART 1. SERIOUSLY KEEP FOLLOWING FOR MORE! I WILL TRY TO POST A NEW ADVENTURE 2X A DAY.
Thanks for Viewing... Have a GREAT MONDAY EVERYONE!

Wow these views are stunning, what an amazing place - that someone made out of their own back yard! I love the cat following you around the trip, so fun they have feline tour guide. The last picture with the lake and bushes is stunning - great shot. Thanks for the share - I'm already looking forward to more in this series :-)
