SteemitPhotoChallenge 4th round: Hibiscus (entry 3)

I chance upon a hibiscus planted near where I was practising taiji with my buddies yesterday.  The location is school in Singapore. Instead of looking through more old photos, I took a few shots of the flowers.  Hibiscus was the flower that my science teacher taught me about the parts of a flowers when I was a kid.  I remembered being told it is the National Flower of Malaysia.

In Chinese, there are different names: one of which is 朱槿 and another is 大红花.  The latter name translate back to English literally means Big Red Flower.  I search more in Google about hibiscus and found out there is a book: HIBISCUS - Queen of the Flowers by Jim Howie.

So, let this my 3rd entry for the 4th challenge. I chose this shot among a few I have taken because there is a full bloom hibiscus and budding one on the top left corner. :-)
