Located in the Michelin stars location but no star - 没米其林星还不错 (by @ace108)

权记（他们招牌是用繁体字）是买煮炒的。就是煮或炒菜。该店坐落在厦门街熟食中心。在这熟食中心还有三家获到米其林星但权记并非其中之一。这熟食中心多是做早餐和午餐的生意。晚餐只有权记和一家卖饮料的营业。他们好像认为客人都是熟客。一坐下就问你点菜。其实是有菜单可参考的。星期天晚上5：30算还早。大概6：00就有多点人了。应该更晚更多人。
两人分了一碗白饭。点了几道菜。全消费$28。

Quan Ji is a Tze Char stall. That means they deal with mainly stir fried and fried food. The food stalls is located in Amoy Street Food Centre. In this food center alone, there are three stalls awarded Michelin stars though Quan Ji is not one of them. This food center mostly caters for breakfast and lunch crowd. During dinner, only Quan Ji and a drinks stall was operating. They seem to think the diners are regular customers. Once seated, they start taking orders from you but you can ask for a menu. On Sunday night at 5:30pm, I had my dinner there rather early. Around 6pm more people came to eat. Seems like the later the time, the more people come.
Two of us shared a bowl of rice and I ordered a few dishes. Full costof meal - $28.

Some kind of shrimp sausage roll


鱼片炒芥蓝
Sliced fish with kailan vegetables


开饭喽。
Dinner is served.


味道还不错。想想看跟米其林星的竞争还能站立而还要了两间店，食物味道该不会差吧。
This dishes are quite good. Think about it. They have to compete with Michelin stars stalls and can occupy two shops. So, the taste cannot be bad, right?
