Yesterday morning, it was raining cats and dogs. OK, no cats and dogs but I took a more sheltered route to the train station and didn’t see my favorite cat. Today, it was there waiting.

昨天早上，倾盆大雨。去地铁站是绕道改走有盖走廊所以也没见到我最爱的猫。今天，它在那里等着。

Suddenly, it got up walk towards me and bow. Or more like stretch?

突然，它站起来走向我，鞠躬。还是在伸展吧。

It didn’t go around me like it did before but went back to where it was and carry on doing what it was doing. Nothing.

I was wondering why it did that. Was that a good morning greeting? Then I did a search and found that:
Cats stretch to get their muscles moving again after periods of inactivity, whether they've been sitting still or sleeping, When a cat is sleeping or relaxed, its blood pressure drops. The same is true for people. As you stretch, it activates all of your muscles and increases your blood pressure, which increases the amount of blood flowing to the muscles and also to the brain. This helps wake you up and make you more alert.

我想知道为什么这样做。 这是跟我说早安吗？ 然后上网做了一个搜索，发现：
