4,000 Footer
New Hampshire is known for having forty-eight 4,000 ft. mountains scattered across the state (though mostly concentrated in White Mountain National Forest). A lot of people have the goal of climbing all 48 of them which seems like a pretty awesome achievement to me! I managed to climb 3 of them in the week that I was there, including the tallest of them all, Mt. Washington.
I picked up a 6-pack of this 4,000 Footer IPA beer made by Woodstock Inn Brewery and made it a tradition to enjoy on at the top of each of my hikes. It was a great way to celebrate the midpoint of a hike and there's nothing quite like sitting at a lookout while sipping on a good brew and enjoying the view. I highly recommend it.

Love the clean shot! I'm planning on hitting NH in the fall when foliage season comes.
Thanks man! Oooh that would be such an awesome time to be there. It was cool having it all green, but having changing leaves would just be incredible! Looking forward to seeing some pictures.
Having a beer in the live free or die state must be so cool. I’ve been to Maine, so I’ve been close to NH but I hope there (and to VT) soon.
For sure! Felt like an appropriate combination :)
Nice! Maine is so cool too. I'd highly recommend spending some time in the White Mountains if you make it NH!
