Norwegian landscapes: Iconic Geiranger
Good Morning Steemians!
One of the most iconic views in Norway - Geiranger fjord with Geiranger village at the end. Seen from the observation platform above the fiord. Geiranger is one of the most visited places in Norway - in summer time thousands of turists drive there by cars, camping wagoons or by ferries. Huge ferries are waiting sometimes in a line to reach the small harbor by the Geiranger's coast.
Interesting is, that in winter time, it is accessible only from water. All mountain roads are being closed until spring.
