There is no shortcut to success
I have a friend who likes to read motivation post. When she found out that I have experience in writing motivation post, she asked me for my advice.
At that time, she was sad and frustrated because of all sorts of work and unable to realize her dream. She needed some motivation and asked me if I can give her some advice.
Her boss told her that she doesn’t have ambitious, work attitude is not positive and even criticize her for a really small matter. From the bottom of her heart, she feels wrong because the truth is not like what the boss said. Although she thinks she is very stupid, doesn’t have high education level, but her work attitude is always positive and self-motivated. She thinks that she worked very hard, everyday work overtime, and is the earliest to reach the company. She wanted to leave, but she was not reconciled to leave.

She felt too wasted for her dream. She is particularly fond of painting; she has persisted for five years since she graduated, the reason for her to persist so long is that she just want to get other people recognition even fame and fortune. But in this five years, she has not been able to do so, she tried so hard on her hobby, but her paintings still repeatedly rejected. Until now she had given up her mind.
These two things came together and made her out of breath; she needed advice, so she found me. Giving advice is really hard for me, I wrote a few posts, doesn’t mean I am good at giving advice.
After listening to her problem, for her current status of work, I had summed up two points; one is she was working hard in the wrong direction, which means, blind busy. The second is the boss was purposely giving her trouble. But I didn't tell this to her because I was an outsider, and it would be embarrassing if there were a cover-up.
I always believe that God will not ignore a person's efforts, but this effort must be based on the real effort, and ultimately just a matter of time.
Although I can’t give her the advice she was looking for, in the end, I said to her in good faith: "You must not lose hope, as long as you work hard in the way you think is right, there will be reward, it is only a matter of time."

You cannot get something for nothing in the world. As long as you really work hard, as long as work hard to manage, as long as the direction is correct, your efforts will eventually have rewards.
I know a girl, a lot of people around her said she is a hacker in her life, being successful no matter what she do, everything is getting handy, and everyone is envy toward her.
Take her job for example, she was able to get promoted to senior executive from fresh graduate in one and a half year, creating a new record in her company and made many colleagues envy of her. But others only see her bright side, for a fresh graduate, in this one and a half year, she had been through a lot, how hard she tried, how many grievances, only she knows.
In order to get the top sales performance, every night, she was racking her brains for idea for different clients, sometimes it is through dawn. In order to get the sale, she was once scolded by the client, several times failed to receive customer calls, even her ancestors almost got cursed. In order to find new customers, she only sleep three hours a day.

When she just started working, because she was too young, only a few people believe that she will success, and even some colleagues kindly told her to understand the situation, not to work blindly. But she did not believe this, still face the reality, working overtime, and the final results gave her the best answer, her efforts gave her the best rewards, she was the top sales performer in the whole company.
She used her spare time to learn yoga and piano, but also attracted a lot of doubt, her friends told her that it must be very difficult to learn all these at this age, coupled with the work, it become more difficult. But in fact, in two months, she learned yoga, piano, and went to the gym to lose more than 10 pounds in her spare time.
Her friends and colleagues envied her, some said she was lucky, and some said she certainly got the help of the rich. But only she knows the truth, what she got today is not accidental, without hard work and perseverance, there is no reward today.
Many people want to reach the sky in a single bound, want to get reward immediately, but the fact is, there is no shortcut to success.
Sometimes, we must suffer from wind, frost, and setbacks, so that we can get the genial warm sun. If anyone told you that he spent a day to achieve success, then, please do not believe him because shortcut to success has never happened.
totally agree with you! everything that worth in this life comes with sweat a hardwork, there is no shorcuts we just have to focus on what we want and work for it!
let me tell you by experience that when you work hard for something you really value it, we can´t be discourage if we don´t get it in the first try, just keep going and in some point it will be worth it!
as my mother said "what comes easy - easy is going,
what it costs hardwork lasts much longer"
