It's simple about it, it's obvious. But do people really incorporate this wisdom into their lives. Sometimes people go on endless searching for answers which they already know. Many times people think that answers to complex questions couldn't be hat simple. But this is a great fallacy of our civilization. Taking time to truly think hings through can yield great results. You might even come across real gems on your own without any philosopher watching over your shoulder.

This is pretty much what Ayn Rand was trying to say. i think she kind of made things messy by being reactionary. But the basic idea goes like this:

Everything that is Good for anyone that isn't Bad for anyone else should be allowed to Blossom!

it's a small idea. If you want to see some small effects, look around you. The entire cryptocurrecny field is innovated and built on self-interested. Some individuals didn't want to use government's money. So they made their own money. Other joined in because they also wanted this "Digital Money" and things took off.

DPoS was created because @dan and some people needed better performance from their blockchains. Because of that innovation, we can actually have a social media experience on blockchain. Few yours ago sending crypto cost fees and it took 10 minutes. Now we do it in 3 seconds and free of fees.

What If You Could DO One Thing Better & Share It

In fact I did something like this a few hours ago. I made this post on @dlike and shared it on the blockchain. I suggested ways to improve the product. I don't get beneficiaries from @dlike account. I'm not a dev. I don'even know the people who are running the platform. But there is one thing that I know.

I know that the suggested improvements could make the platform a much better place for me. But here is the thing: thousands today and millions tomorrow will be sing he same platform. They are all going to benefit because I did something that was good for me.

What if everybody on he planet made just one thing better in their entire lifetime and then shared it among the world? A single person picking up trash won't clean up a neighborhood. But what if everybody just cleaned up their surroundings?

One man not only saved himself a lot of trouble and money, he also did the same to many individuals. If Richard Branson didn't try to save the money of the rest of the people who were in trouble, he wouldn't have been able to save himself money.

Bill Gates and Jeff Bezos

These two individuals changed the course of history without war or bloodshed. They got into the business of making people's lives better as a way of living. The farmers of the early days worked a living to feed their own mouths and their families. But these tech innovators wanted to make everyone better and they themselves better. An altruist could give away billions and it could feed millions. I'm sure 100 Billion USD could help 10 million poor children live a decent life for an year (maybe even 2 years). That kind of money can give every single human being on the planet a good warm meal ONCE.

But all of that is mere consumption. You can ask for free healthcare, free food, free education, free XYZABC....... It's all consumption. It never adds value to this planet we are living in. Bill Gates and Jeff Bezos each have collected enough fortune that is so huge that their combined wealth earned over the course of a lifetime can barely cover a quarter of the defense budget of USSA for one year. Two men spent a lifetime changing the way we use computers and the way we shop. The entier world's economy changed because of Microsoft and Amazon. The (combined) compensation for the pioneers were barely over a quarter of the tax funded military budget OF A SINGLE YEAR!
