Package Rice 打包饭

While we are in Taiwan, we have the opportunity to eat at the restaurant. As our hosts are generous, we have tasted variety of delicious food. However, it is also good to try simple and cheaper food.

Our dinner today was a package rice. My wife and me enjoy this type of food. There are vegetables, meat etc inside each package. We ate slowly inside our room. Hence, it is not only food, but also the relaxed atmosphere which has helped us to enjoy our dinner.

We need food everyday. Indeed, we can enjoy our food if we are thankful and eat with a relaxed manner. Therefore, it is appropriate to be thankful before eating, during the time of eating. And we also need to be always thankful after we have eaten our food.

我们在台湾时，有机会在餐厅用饭；由于招待我们的人很慷慨，我们品尝了各种美味的食物。然而，有时候吃较简单和便宜的食物也是挺新鲜的尝试。

我们今天的晚餐是打包饭。妻子和我均喜欢这一次的饭盒食物。盒子内有蔬菜、肉类等。我们在自己的房间里慢慢的吃；因为不仅是食物可口，而且氛围轻松，所以颇享受这一个晚餐。

我们每天都需要食物。事实上，如果我们懂得感恩并能轻松的吃饭，我们就更能享用食物。所以在进食前、进食时心存感恩是合适的；並且在我们吃饱了，还是要常存感恩。
