Oh man, that is a scary situation. Maybe she has figured out the stair maneuvering enough so you won’t have to worry about her falling down the stairs. Now you can put the gate at the bottom of the stairs and see if she can figure out how to get the step stool down at the bottom and escape that way. I’m just guessing, but if she has a crib, she has probably figured out how to escape it. Great photo capture!
Ha ha, the prisoner is getting restless. I told you that you shouldn't have let her watch Prison Break. On the bright side, it is probably increasing her problem-solving skills as she figures out how to escape.

Nope, she is good for going up the stairs, but I think down is still too difficult! And Dutch stairs are quite steep!
