A Short Video I made Making Beef and Sea Mustard Soup 미역국

This is one of my favorite Korean soups. It's very simple and easy to make. You can adjust the seasonings to taste. I used shaved steak in this quick version. In the past, I've used beef ribs on the bone. This came out great and was also great, if not better, second day. :)
