Making Blueberry Muffins (The Kind With the Crumble Topping) :D 나는 블루 베리 머핀들을 구웠다.
I was just wanting something the other night and decided to make some blueberry muffins.
Muffin: 1 1/2c flour/밀가루, 3/4c sugar/설탕, 1/5t salt/소금, 2t. baking powder/베이킹 파우더, 1/3c oil/기름, 1 egg/계란, 1/3c coconut milk/코코넛 우유, 1c blueberries/블루 베리
Preheat oven to 400 degrees (200 celcius). Mix dry stuff. 건조한 재료를 섞다. Mix wet stuff. 젖은 성분을 섞다. Put wet into dry and mix. 둘 다 섞다. Put into cups. 베이킹 컵에 넣어 라.
Topping: 1/2c sugar/설탕, 1/3c flour/밀가루, 1/4c butter/버터, 1 1/2t cinnamon/시나몬
Mix. 그것을 섞는다. Put on top of muffin batter in cups. 그것을 맨 위에 올려 놓으십시오. Bake 20-25 minutes. 20-25 분 구우십시오. Eat. 그것을 먹는다. :D
I put in 5T flour in my crumb topping instead of the 1/3c since it's pretty much the same. 16T=1c.
